Great product with excellent support team
Ease of use, excellent support team and quick answers to questions. The ability for me as an IT Manager to be able to see all my users in one place at a glance. I wish it could have been easier to add custom fields or tags to certain entities such as contacts but this may just be preference more than anything else that makes it not so great with customization. Having everything in one spot was very helpful when needing information about our employees quickly without having to search through different systems.
Pros
- Great user interface
- Ability keep up to date records easily across multiple platforms
- Can manage most aspects within cloud platform (including managing data) via web browsers rather then software/desktop clients like SAPCODES etc.
- Has both standard functionality AND can do pretty much whatever you want if needed! :)
Cons
- Somewhat limited reporting capabilities
