I was doing some research on BCAAs and came across this product. I'm always a little skeptical about supplements, even after reading other reviews. I decided to give it a try as it was reasonably priced and had good reviews. The directions say to take them 30-45 minutes before your workout, or if you're not working out that day you can take them in the morning for "hungry" muscles. It is also said to eat right and exercise at least 3 days a week for 2-3 weeks until you see results. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well they worked right away and how effectively they helped with sore muscles. I'm not a big fan of the gym, but I like to work out at least 3-4 days a week. My biggest problem is muscle pain; It will keep me out of the gym for several days in a row. I've been taking these supplements for 2 weeks now and they worked for me right away. The next day, the soreness is practically non-existent (especially 2 days after training, when the soreness is really felt). And I take them on non-training days too. I like them very, very much, which is why they get 5 stars from me!
