I'd like to start by saying that I was really, REALLY excited about this vacuum cleaner. I watched a few video reviews of this vacuum cleaner and the DouClean technology and thought it looked amazing, even brilliant, and decided this was going to be the best vacuum cleaner in the world. However, I quickly discovered that this vacuum has a HUGE flaw that ruins everything: static shock. The soft roller in DouClean technology greatly increases the build up of static electricity in the vacuum and does not dissipate it properly. static electricity causing your hand to be shocked every few seconds during use. The hits seem to get harder and harder and this is the 4th or 5th time in a row this has happened to me, after just a few minutes of cleaning I was really scared to keep using it. My girlfriend hasn't even touched this thing after only being electrocuted once. So I stopped for a while trying to charge it hoping that would ground it or something and get rid of the problem but after a few tries I just couldn't get a charge. to stop shocking me. The pen also has a tiny metal plate that should help dissipate static electricity by keeping you grounded, but that's a total joke. The plate is so small you can barely fit 2 fingers on it at a time, and it's so flush with the handle that you have to hold it to keep your fingers on it, which makes vacuuming almost stressful. Knowing that as soon as you lift your finger you will be shocked. Then, even if your fingers are firmly on the plate, it will still shock you from time to time! If the plate were about three times as long, twice as wide, and sticking out about half an inch from the handle, maybe it wouldn't be entirely useless. cause someone health problems. The flow hurts after a few uses, making the vacuum incredibly uncomfortable and stressful to use. As I said, I was really looking forward to this vacuum and the DouClean technology and hair removal blades seemed to work really well, but I just don't want to be in constant fear of getting electrocuted using this vacuum. I was incredibly disappointed and saddened that it had such a serious flaw. If they ever make a new model or modification that solves this problem I will definitely try again. But until then I can't recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone.
