Review on Moen GX50C Horsepower Continuous Disposal by Markus Calderon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A Moen fan for good reason.

It seems that every time I move into a new home one of the first repairs I have to make is replacing the garbage chute. This fun little chore is made even more difficult by the fact that repairs must be made within the confines of the under sink cabinet. InSinkErator has always been a brand in need of renewal and has always been replaced. I thought that the old pipes and hoses would simply be attached to the new disposal. And that's how it's always been. And I got used to the fact that the working of the incinerators made a sound similar to the sound of a concrete mixer turning a drum filled with engine parts and debris. The nature of the animal is something like this. But this time I chose the Moen model. I have always replaced worn out faucets with Moen products because I liked the design and the high quality. To my surprise, the installation was easy. All old pipes and hoses can be ideally disposed of as new. Start and end with a coffee break halfway, consume less than an hour. Not bad for a retired old man, right? But when I finally saw Moen, I immediately panicked. At first I thought the motor wasn't turning! A visual check confirmed the machine was in motion and further testing with some vegetable scraps showed the disposal did the job. Just very quiet. Moen reappeared.
