They have customer support available via chat 24/7 so there's never any lag time between making requests. The only thing I don't like about them is the price, but honestly, their rates should come down sooner than later because it is such an effective product for both businesses and consumers alike (and all parties benefit from its use). We're solving problems at work by getting our employees' questions answered quickly and accurately without having to wait weeks for a response from our IT department. This way we can keep up productivity and focus more on working instead of waiting around for tech issues.
