The last external DVD/CD player I had was so cheap compared to this one! And since he ultimately refused to pull out or open the drawer to eject my CDs, I took a chance as the product description seemed to fit my needs perfectly. Arrived quickly after ordering in a sturdy box. The player was in a soft duffel bag, so I felt from the start that the maker and seller are professional. After setting up my world region (very easy), I put the DVD in and hit play. Again super easy. The image is of good quality, there were no problems extracting it. I would recommend this to everyone.
