I am on my feet all day at work and walk 10-12 miles a day and I have always found skateboarding shoes to be more comfortable than regular running shoes. I buy them every 6 months because not only are they comfortable but they last a lot longer than other brands. It's also a plus that they come in all black. It's surprisingly hard to find a basic sneaker these days that isn't made out of a bunch of random lame colors. One of the other reviews mentioned that one of them appears to have snapped due to loose threads. One of the 6 or so pairs I ordered did this and did within the first few days I had them but when they came out they stopped opening or something so it wasn't that much of a problem.
