Easy to install. Each sheet has a tab in one corner that makes it very easy to peel off the paper. If you try to remove the protective film elsewhere, it can be very difficult. Easy to cut with a frosted knife, I like to use a metal ruler to get a perfectly straight cutting line. Can also be easily cut with scissors if you don't have a matting knife or engraving knife (but worth the investment :) I installed it over an existing laminate after a good cleaning with TSP. The tiles adhere very well and were also easy to remove and move if I didn't succeed on the first try. No peeling after two weeks. I'm very impressed with how good it looks for the price. It doesn't feel like a real tile. It's soft and slightly sticky (like a piece of paper holding it, which is great for cooking recipes) rather than hard and cold like ceramic. For a fraction of the cost and no mess, I totally agree.
