I like that they are easy to use, have great customer support (which is fast), very reasonably priced compared to other products in its class & do what it says! No issues here for me personally, but there may be others out there who would benefit from knowing more about how this software can help them automate their workflow/processes so as not to forget or overlook something important when documenting care plans. Some of our providers will create "plan" forms at each visit instead of just having one form we must fill-out throughout treatment. This helps us avoid missing anything because someone has already signed off on previous visits' plan(s). It also makes updating visits easier since you only need to update 1 document rather than 4+.
