The screws are loose, snapped off and cannot be screwed back in. spoiled.
That's a great thing, I love the wood, the feel, the look. But after 4 months the screws literally fell out while picking tea. I put the screws back in, they didn't hold but I tried, they fell out on first use. . It's a shame as I loved the kettle but can't even get an exchange for it considering it's from the 'refund window'. FYI, given the cost, be aware of the bad thought of screws.
