Bad thread problem.
I totally agree with the reviewer who said about the thread problem. One of the screws does not have a suitable thread for the screw hole! There are 2 screws that need to be screwed into the holes to hold the two sides of the backplate. You can easily mount one of the screws, but the second fat one just doesn't fit in the hole! I spent an hour trying, but it just doesn't work! Is that Schlage? I shouldn't have this problem! I give it back!
