I bought from this seller because of the 10x claim and I wanted it to replace the 3x version I bought and returned. from another seller. This one turned out to be *labeled* 10x but had the exact same magnification as the 3x I had previously bought. I've also compared it to my 8x Mead binoculars and it's clearly not 10x, at least not by far. The general build quality is good and it's not a bad product if 3x is enough for you. It's slightly cheaper than the one I bought from another seller, but lacks the pupillary distance adjustment that the other had. So a bit cheaper overall, but of poorer quality and falsely claiming 10x magnification.
