It's very user friendly and I love how much information they give you about each option so you can make an informed decision. If I had any issues with this software, there was not enough functionality in our industry (mortuary). There are many other options out there if what we need isn't available but still meets your needs. We have been able to create more bookings since implementing e-register book into our business.
