Actual material looks decent but didn't fit my 2015 Golf R very well. It works as is but I couldn't get the pins all the way in like the original manufacturer did. When I put them all the way into the blades they don't move or get stuck. It works great, like mine, but if you look at the photo you can see that I had to leave some contacts. I don't think it will ever fall out as they are quite tight, I'm pretty sure it's just the pin holes on the paddle. I think you could drill them out a bit to make it easier.
