everything is fine with this holder, except that you cannot open the tailgate with it. I solved this problem by buying a 12" hitch extension, then fully inserting the vise mount tube (about 3.25") and drilling a new hole in the vise mount tube. Sliding it all the way in and re-drilling increased the stability of the mount, eliminating the need for an anti-rattle addon. It was quiet stable. If you really want to use this product, be sure to use the back door as a workbench. I wouldn't deduct a star for not being able to use the tailgate, which is really what it's designed for. For another $25 I got him to do what I needed.
