Not safe to use
This device has a design flaw which may result in painful bruising of the arm. The screws on the inner tube are in full contact with the outer tube, as the tubes slide freely you can hit your skin between these screws and the outer tube and get a bad bruise. Learned from my own experience. Revain has at least one slightly cheaper competitor that is free of this shortcoming and is also a bit easier to use. Unlocking the end loops requires strong pressure on a small edge and may not be possible for everyone.
