TLDR: Works the way you need it. Before the purchase, I was the one who asked myself the question "How do small/fine barcodes read?" I have a product with codes that are about 1-1.5" long and 1/4" high" and now I can say that it actually scans those barcodes with no problems. Another review: the price was good (I even got it with a 5% discount coupon), the cable length is acceptable but not very long, if you need a long range I would suggest buying a USB-A extender, it feels comfortable in the hand, the button makes a secure click to confirm the press and the beep for a successful scan is clear and audible.The product arrived on time and neatly packaged - no drivers were needed to work as advertised. No real complaints!
