I like that my team can create sub-categories in order to organize our information better than if we had just one main category; this makes it easier when searching through documents later down stream! It's not very user friendly because sometimes you need more guidance from support staff before getting an answer or even being able understand what is going wrong with your account - so be prepared!! We have been using ARMEDIA since 2013 (at least) but also use other companies during off hours/weeks due its ease of accessibility by others who do work at night time etc which saves us money too ;-).
