Other reviewers state that the temperature switch knob is sticking - and I have the exact same problem. It's almost impossible to get the temperature you want - if you try to move the dial it'll get stuck, and if it moves it'll jump way past what you were aiming for. It should also be noted that this product comes in a regular plastic bag without any Delta logo whatsoever. I went to a big store to find a replacement and the official Delta comes in a Delta branded clamshell. The official Delta replacement does not suffer from the temperature switch sticking and costs about the same as a fake one. Save yourself the hassle and get a Delta branded replacement.
