I bought this multi-cooker a few months ago and yesterday decided to use it for the first time. The lid doesn't fit properly. He's really going to fall into the pan. You have to balance that very carefully. Therefore it is not properly sealed. I spoke to a friend who also bought the same slow cooker through Revain Prime and she said she has the same one. I am extremely disappointed. My last slow cooker in Hamilton Beach lasted many years and loved it until the ceramic pot finally cracked. That's why I replaced it. I am completely disappointed in this product and as my friend bought the same model with the exact same problem I feel this model should be discontinued.
