The seller supports this product after negative feedback

Bought 2 of these hubs. 1 worked fine, and the second doesn't work at all. I tried to contact the seller to get a replacement but they didn't reply to my message. Due to a negative review the seller contacted me and returned the money and said they would also send another product to replace the bad one. I wish they had replied to my first post and not left a negative review, but they did everything right. They claimed to be behind due to the Covid-19 flu.
