Not bad at all! Instructions at least, and it seemed that a lot of extra screws. It took me about 15 minutes to set up. I only used a screwdriver for two screws. Everything else is solid. I didn't remove the free standing guides from the bottom because they got in the way of my setup (check the link) and freed up so much desk space. The metal components/parts are very dense. You can tell they're built for endurance. I love the clips, they make them more durable!
