Ideal for long, straight, satico-like running stitches with thick thread/floss/thread
I have no idea how doll needles are traditionally used, but these needles are 3+ inches long, quite sharp and well tempered. I found that a little manual sharpening/buffing improved the penetration and passage of the fabric. I've used them to pull running stitches through jeans and sweatpants in both crochet yarn and cotton yarn. A must-have for any manual stapler's toolbox.
