Just replace the old ones
On my laptop (Msi Ge72 case) you have to remove the heatpipe and 2 heatsinks to access the fans and clean them. If the canned air outside doesn't clean them and you want to go that far, just order these fans with the thermal paste and replace them. I have used them to replace 2 year old fans in 2 separate laptops. It's been a few months and they still work great.
