The product itself looks like a good replacement

Let me be very clear. The product itself looks like a good replacement. My problem is that the package I opened cannot be used. Someone from the QA department (hahaha) made a mistake at my expense. The two parts of the handle must be different. One handle has grommets that go through the door and the other handle accepts screws that screw into the grommets. I received two identical parts with no protrusions. Completely useless and will be returned. It's not a life-changing issue, but it's definitely a big pita.
