Great insoles for the price! I am a petite woman and have decided to wear baby pads for a better fit. I skate but am new to quad biking and pads were a must. I slipped on my knees on my first try and the pads really came in handy. Scratched the pads a bit but didn't feel anything. I ordered a medium size (I'm 5ft 3" and 120lbs). The knee pads are a bit tight but I didn't want to go any bigger as the elbow pads and wrist pads would be too big. (Note: I removed the logos/tags with a seam ripper. They were huge and advertised that I wear baby pads.)
