Review on Dalstrong Pitmaster Shadow Titanium Nitride by Kevin King

Sorry for the language but I LOVE this darn thing! Cuts like butter! Even on a well done steak (I'm a medium sized person, my boyfriend likes well done. gross lol). But I take the steak out of the oven, brown it well, let it rest and when it's time to cut that bad boy. This is my goto knife. it's so dramatic and amazing. For me it literally goes through the flesh! Seriously, you can't go wrong with this brand! PS Make sure to hand wash and hand dry this to get the most out of this beauty. Treat it well!
