Review on Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Arctic 195/60 R15 88T winter by Stanislaw Lambach ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am completely satisfied, item complies with description.

I chose a decent tire between Hakka 7 and Continental ice contact, I already drove Hakka 7 I didn’t like what I couldn’t balance normally, otherwise of course the tire was at the highest level (although after 1 season my father had 5 spikes from front to drop out). Conti toad strangled for a price. Goody 195/65 R15 took 4250 each with free installation, the maximum load of 10 grams was balanced immediately. For a newcomer to the market, I think the performance is decent, and it's worth the money. I'll write off the spikes from the season. Mileage 8000 tires have seen a lot, all the spikes were in place. Today I went to those inspections and there, while checking the brakes, the spikes were torn from the front tires. So if anyone is going to pass those inspections, keep in mind that with whole spikes there is very little chance to leave from there.

Pros
  • The studs hold well, snow handling is excellent, ice is also excellent (tested on a steep ice mountain). I read that the indicators for lateral drift are weak, but I myself have never been able to throw the car into a skid (without a handbrake). Noisy at first strongly after 2 thousand noise is significantly reduced. excellent road holding, no swimming and so on. the track is also not terrible, it behaves well on wet pavement. Several times I hit the curb, I thought I would tear the sidewall, but there was not a trace on the tire.
Cons
  • After summer tires, a significant loss of steering clarity is felt, although over time I stopped noticing it, either got used to it, or rolled it up and everything returned to normal.
