On my 2017 f-pace I had the infamous brake noise on my rear pads. Of course, this is not a guarantee. So I replaced the pads with these. The original pads were only 50% worn at 40,000 km, these pads brake normally. I don't think they are worse than the stock pads, even better in terms of performance. The noise disappeared after about 3000 km and is now making noise again. I believe the rotor could be part of the problem at this point. Incidentally, replacing the rear pads was a problem. Unlike other cars that have a "Service" button to disable the rear emergency brake, this car doesn't have one unless you have the dealer's computer. I had to release the parking brake and then disconnect the battery to keep it from turning back on. The battery is located in the truck under the spare wheel. Here's the pain. After that, proceed with replacing the pads as usual. You will also need custom-sized hex wrenches to remove the caliper bolts. Most kits are missing the two sizes you need, so just order them individually from Amazon. They cost about $5 each. Then it's difficult to get a ratchet in unless you have a ratchet with a very small head. I had to use a bunch of random extensions to fit my ratchet between the suspension components.
