To be honest I liked the idea. The colors, the style and the theoretical entertainment value were appealing, hence the 2 stars. I deducted three stars as he barely stayed in their flight cage for 20 minutes before hitting the ground. I literally spent 2 hours researching Revain bird toys and reading reviews looking for something fun for my 4 cockatiels. It was one of the few I chose as it seemed to me (based on reviews) that larger birds could quickly pick it apart while smaller ones like my Thiels couldn't. Not correct! They have other toys in there so it's not like they're hungry for entertainment lol. It annoys me because it was quite expensive 20 minutes of entertainment since this toy cost me anywhere from $9 to $10. I keep the pieces and remake them with my own materials so they last longer - I'm hoping to say 30 minutes a second time. The same bird perches I ordered here from Revain were at my local Petco for a total of $17 less than what I paid here. I'm not a big fan of Petco but after seeing the difference in price I'm buying birds there now.
