These problems were found nearly immediately after the purchase (in December), but I still had faith that they will be fixed in later updates. I spoke with customer service for the first time in February. The employees there gave me the proverbial "shoulder shrug" and informed me that I had to consume the operating system version before phoning. ated, awaited a bug reproduction, and then called once more. The support team began looking for the extreme elsewhere, such as the SIM card or the transmission quality, but never in the device itself. I started waiting for a call on the day and at the time that had been previously agreed upon after implementing all of the idiotic recommendations. Naturally, I never received a phone call in response. I was connected to a new specialist after making an independent call, and our talk seemed to circle back on itself (sim card, communication, lunar eclipse, etc.). The technician was therefore delighted to find that my device's OS firmware was once more out of date and he insisted that I update it. The problem was still there after a certain period of time had passed, and it was obvious that nobody wanted to fix it. I once more called support on my own. The specialist stated he would call back in a week after collecting the reports he need. This wasn't a problem because the firmware was already the most latest version available. O wonder! They ultimately did call me back, though. and said I was obliged to eat because a new operating system version had been released during the course of the preceding week, and that I would be contacted in one week. They finally communicated with one another a week later and conveyed the information that the engineers investigating the bug had been instructed to download the application and recreate the problem within a half-hour. The requirement was previously impossible to meet because the bug only occasionally occurs and only shows up after the phone has been idle for a while. The general conclusion is that the customer support crew openly plays football and dynamite on you instead of making any attempt to look into unique bugs. And this despite my previous commitment to just repair the damaged equipment with a functional one.
