The best part is that it can be used for both internal use as well as with external partners. I am able to track my customer's journey with ease. It also helps in making sure that we are not missing any potential opportunities. There are some minor issues like loading time which needs to be improved. We have been using this software for about a year now and haven't faced any major issues. Our sales team has benefited greatly from this software. I love that it's easy to use, has great reporting tools with lots of options for what you want your data set look like (for example - we can create our own metrics or just pull in existing ones from other sources). The support team is really helpful! Nothing so far as i dislike about edge intelligence but all things considered they are doing an excellent job at providing analytics solutions through their platform which includes dashboards/reports etc.,.
