Just installed this on my 2019 Ridgeline RTL-E in a few hours. I followed most of the instructions, but still did it a little differently. Starting at the back door, after removing the Phillips screws and hitting the top rail to the right with a rubber mallet, the top cover came off instead of the entire top. So I had to split it in two to get to the other T30 bolts on top. After I pulled them out, the rest of the installation was the same as the instructions. Where I took off a bit, which I don't know if you can see in the pictures or not, I routed the wiring along the chassis and other electrical wires until I got to the side skirt. I routed the cable behind the side skirt so I can run the cable up the tailgate, that's where the rubber plug is. I cut a hole in it, threaded a cable through it and started routing the cable along the inside of the cabin along this floor panel to the front. Since going this route I have a lot of extra wires left over and I trimmed the excess to route two wires where they needed to be joined ie red and yellow wires. I followed a few YouTube videos that made this setup pretty easy.
