Just installed this on my 2019 Ridgeline RTL-E in a few hours. I followed most of the instructions, but still did it a little differently. Starting at the back door, after removing the Phillips screws and hitting the top rail to the right with a rubber mallet, the top cover came off instead of the entire top.
