Not a product I would recommend. The purpose of buying such mirrors is that you can quickly connect and disconnect them, which is the weak point of this device. The quick release of this set is operated by a plastic wing cap on the bolt. The problem is that this is also the main pivot, the pivot that you intended to lock in place by tightening the cheap plastic fender cover screws. This is evidenced by traces of ratchets on the surfaces. Tightening it so tight that it doesn't move freely will kill your fingers, and I actually broke a cheap plastic fender plug the first time I used it. Cheap. It would be better to just have a bolt and nut. Unfortunately, this renders this mirror unusable. You can get a two post unit that connects to the door hinge and doesn't vibrate at all for less money. I'm not happy I spent $30 just to figure out how to change it just to make it work as advertised. I'm really only giving two stars because the mirrors are technically reflective.
