I have been using this reverse osmosis system for over 5 years and it works perfectly. The alkaline filter sometimes doesn't raise the pH as much as it should, but the support team always helped me whenever I had a problem, they replaced it with an updated FA15X3 model. I recently moved to a new location and the water pressure wasn't strong enough to push those filters through and customer service once again sent me a brand new booster pump system for a modest upgrade fee. Look at the photo, it's a 6 month old mud filter next to a new one. One of five filters. These are the five boroughs of New York where the water is considered the cleanest. I think it is.
