Review on 🦜 Optimize Your Parakeet's Habitat with the Square Top Parakeet Cage by Jessica Morris

I gave this 4 stars mainly because I think cages don't work as well as they did years ago. I think this cage is good for the price. I have parrots and had to make more perches as the ones that came with the kit were too big. I have found that the bottom of the cage is a slightly different size than the top due to the way it is made. However, this does not affect the strength of the cell. Instead of cutting the dowels and making the usual slots at the ends for the bars, I drilled a hole in the end of the dowels, used a plastic washer and then a metal dowel and used a screw to attach it to the cage. A plastic washer is used to protect the paint on the cage. This cage is big enough for the parrots to fly up and down during exercise which I think is good for the birds. I was looking for a cage of this size and it had to have a smaller door along with a larger door. I think you would be happy with a cage. It has handles on either side making it easy to carry, although I did need help to move it. The tray is easy to clean and works well.
