This is a durable commercial grade toilet paper holder. No hanging hardware is included. I used heavy screws and anchors. The screw slots are very large. Even the big screws I used could slip through the holes. I used washers to prevent this. That thing isn't going anywhere! The only negative I can say about it is that you can see the screws that hold it to the wall.
