Disappointing BBQ Claws

We were very happy with this product until I went to wash them and noticed the tips were bent and warped after one use. They weren't even used in extreme temperatures as they had to be heat resistant up to 475 degrees. Edited to add: I contacted the company that completed the order and they stated that the pair we received were defective or something. We have received a counterfeit product. They are sending out a new pair and I hope to update this review after we've tested the new ones.
