Review on Prepoured Potato Dextrose Agar Plates by Dusty Oner

Stored in refrigerator until use. Seven out of ten plates were perfect. Only what I grew grew in them. HOWEVER the sealed pack of three records began to contaminate all three after standing at room temperature in my air chamber still sealed in the pack. My SAB is fully sterile and I have disinfected the packaging with 70% ISO before entering. One oddity about this package was the excessive amount of moisture after it was brought to room temperature, which I think could be the cause. In any case, I'm admittedly a little disappointed and find it difficult to understand how at least two different forms grow in vacuum-packed, sterile-filled agar plates. I hate being the bearer of bad news but I thought I should be honest and share my experience with this product with you guys.
