Easy install, tailgate works like new
My 2002 Suburban's tailgate pillars were getting rotten. I had to manually raise the tailgate above my head and then it wouldn't stay open all the way. I often hit my head walking under it. These new struts were easy to install and they raise and hold the tailgate as much as possible.
