UPDATE #2 Glad to know a replacement is on the way! I am VERY SATISFIED with the customer service from this company. I am changing the stat from 1 to 3 - customer service deserves 5 stars! but i really need my product to work. If I can, I'll buy two more of these. I have THREE cages for my spoiled bird! I will update as soon as I can use and review the replacement. UPDATE: The seller has contacted me and is willing to send me a new one! I hope it works! I'll let you know! I am glad that you are willing to work with me! If it weren't for the leak it would be easy and convenient to top up my Grays every day. But unfortunately it will expire up to 1/2 a day.
