Dorman is a good quality brand for these parts but nothing more. The reason they get 3 stars instead of 5 is because they are not appropriate for this generation of Durango/Dakota. It also didn't ship with newer hardware. Not always the worst. *Update* If you have an older model (1998-2000) you will need to drill new holes in the plate to install it. The box only contains written instructions and a link to Dorman's website where you can print out the lace pattern. (7mm). I'll get some equipment for that too. Be sure to use something to support the window so you can move your hands freely within the panel. Now I have to order the other side and do it again. At the parts stores around town they wanted about $80 for it, so the price is right. There are some very good tutorial videos on YouTube that will walk you through this exchange step by step.
