Review on RIDGID 52363 K-400 Drum Machine: Reliable Drain Cleaning with C-32 3/8 Inch x 75 Foot IW Solid Core Cable by Kenny Noel

First use, wire break 10-15 inches. I had to rent it, same size, walked with no problem, 65ft. I called support. Terrible options. Drive 2 hours each way to view or pack and ship to Ohio at my expense. Just to look at it without knowing if it will be covered. I would buy from another manufacturer. Not that I should use the drain auger daily, but if after two months of owning a new one it breaks on first use and doesn't cover it properly, that's an indication that a company is unwilling to maintain the quality of their work.
