I am a truck driver with almost 20 years of experience and over 2 million miles. From the first year I always had an air tube with me. The air hoses sold to motorists at truck stops that connect to the "red" air brake line are decent, but the cartridges don't stay on the tire valves. You have to sit down and firmly push this cartridge into the valve stem to inflate the tire. This can take some time and gets boring very quickly, especially in bad weather. This thing replaces the stock air chuck, you only need 2 wrenches for the job, and it bites into the threaded valve stem so you can inflate tires hands-free. I'm glad I bought it, I will buy more, I recommend it to everyone. By the way, it looks solid and high quality. I assume this will take many years.
