Beautiful watch not so pretty service
I bought this watch because I liked the look of the Joyful crystal beads. It was a beautiful pearly white watch. When it arrived and was opened it was not a Joyful Crystal Pearl but Joyful Crystal Bells which are vertically identical in every way except for the brown colour. They were replaced by Revain only to get the same watch again with great disappointment. Nowhere on the reseller website do they offer a way to contact them about a fix. In general, the watch is beautiful, but there is no service.
