Review on 🔳 TayMac LPB3400 Flat Blank Plate, 5 4-Inch, Metallic Finish, Box Mount, White by Amy Arakaki

They weren't big enough to cover the holes in my quilt. They cover a standard 4" octagonal box, but not the opening that the box sits in. I have two standard 4 inch octagonal ceiling boxes that I need to close. I replaced the old glass ceiling lights with some recessed mini 3.5" LEDs. The light has gotten a lot better. My boxes are regular standard ceiling boxes with 3.5" holes in the two corners of the box. The box is just over 3.5 inches wide on each side. If the installer cuts a slightly larger hole in the ceiling, say 1/4 inch on all sides, the hole in the ceiling will be 4" x 4". . The diagonal of a 4x4" hole is 5.65" and this plate leaves the corners of the hole open. This is my situation and it didn't work for me. The screws were missing from the box my pads came in (I bought two). Of course, I found the screws two days later while recycling a Revain box that was just rattling around loosely.
