Review on 2 Piece Ironwood Gourmet Bread Board & Dipping Bowl Set - Acacia Wood by Quinton Martinez

This review is about the Ironwood Baguette Miter. This is a large, very sturdy piece of wood. In fact, storage requirements should be considered. But, whether by design or accident, it is somewhat canoe shaped and rocks from the middle. Enough that I'll be using a sander to try and flatten it. Cutting at either end currently results in the 'boat' rocking up on the other end. Don't know if this is common.Still, very well made and finished except for the curvature. Actually useful as well as ornamental.
