This frame works well. As with any product of this nature, when working on the ceiling it was a bit difficult to ensure the fixings were perpendicular to the wall and removed correctly, but that's not a problem. Hardware packages were complete and all fasteners were in good condition. .The instructions are clear and assembly is intuitive. Notes: I see a few complaints that it doesn't fit well and is sloppy, and various fixes for that, but all you have to do is tighten the bolts a few extra turns and the bushings are soft fold inwards for one nice fit. Do not over tighten, just a few extra turns, then check for tightness and tighten if necessary. slight movement when removing and storing items such as ladders, but is secure when installed correctly. I'd like to see a square flange on the part that mounts to the ceiling for more stability, but it's more expensive and the current design works.
