I installed them last year. I bought 2 sets. The problem is that they are very small. Basically each only holds 4 containers and the maximum weight is 200 pounds. They didn't feel strong at all. They felt very insecure and needed wood that cost more than the racks themselves. In that case, this isn't where you want to "save" money or cut corners. I highly recommend the 4 x 8 fleximount racks. They're three times the price but hold up to £600 and feel like they can hold up to £600.

Excellent overhead storage! The fact that you can continuously add multiple devices and potentially run them from wall to wall is great! The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of two small things. one; waaay fitting tolerance too high. This means there is a 1/8 inch gap when inserting one tube into another. How difficult is it to design this shelf? The smaller tubes fit into the larger ones and you bolt them together. However, they did not succeed. The inner tubes are about 15mm wide and the outer tubes are 20mm wide. There is a 5mm gap between the tubes, and that's a lot. The assembled stand wobbles ridiculously and wobbles in all directions. This thing can carry a decent amount of weight as long as your joists are bolted to the ceiling. My only concern is that the bolts for the individual connecting rods aren't really tightened where they don't move. It's not really a problem unless you're worried about an earthquake, and even then it'll just shake. I doubt there will be any damage. As with any product of this nature, when working on the ceiling it was a bit difficult to ensure the fixings were perpendicular to the wall and removed correctly, but that's not a problem.
